Mintmier
William A. Mintmier, age 71 of Indiana, died Thursday, October 4,
He was born in 1947 in Johnstown to William A. and Beulah Isabelle Krouse Mintmier.
While in the US Army and Army National Guard he served from the Vietnam War through the Global War
Bill was a member of the Brush Valley Antique Iron and Power Club, the Fort Allen Antique Farm Equipment Assoc., the Associated Locksmiths of America. He was also a member of Christ Bible Fellowship Church, Indiana.
He was the founder and operator of Bill's Locksmith Service for 30 years. He loved the Indiana community and would help anyone in need.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn of Indiana; two daughters and one son, Eileen Stitt and husband Curtis, Lynchburg, VA; William A. Mintmier, Jr. and partner Kimberlee, Indiana; Jennifer Shoenfelt and husband David, Indiana; 11 grandchildren, Breeanna, Allison and husband Justin, Laura and husband John, Justin, Alayna, Jeremy, Jake, Evan, Joshua, Jaeleya, Bailey; one
He was preceded in death by his parents.
