Obituary

William C. Black, 63, was born on earth to the late Richard and the late Margery Wallace Black in 1950. He was called Home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 22, 2014. Bill married Peggy Will on June 6, 1970. They are the parents of Christian and Megan Black. Chris and his wife Sara have a son and daughter, Kai and Regan. Bill is also survived by three sisters; Mary Lee Holtz, Catherine Krajewski, and Ruth Smiley; and by four brothers; Carl, David, Wayne, and James Black; and by his beloved Nelson Family; Marc, Greta, Andrew, Matthew, Joshua, Kara, and Tyler. He found great joy in Jesus, his family and friends and in the beauty of Creation. Bill was employed in the coal business and had a life long interest in farming. The Black Family will greet friends in the chapel at Graystone Presbyterian Church in Indiana, PA from 10 a.m. until noon on Friday, June 6, 2014. Immediately following the visitation, there will be a service of celebration and worship in the Sanctuary.
