Timothy L. Stancombe's Obituary

Timothy L. Stancombe, age 57, of Ellwood City, formerly of Indiana, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. He was born in 1953 in Indiana to Walter J. and Fannie Kerr Stancombe. His greatest joy in life was being a "Pap Pap" and a father. He also enjoyed his dog Rudy, camping, and cruising in his Corvette. Tim was a member of the PSCOA, and had been a volunteer at the Indiana Volunteer Fire Co. He was employed as an electronic trade instructor at SCI Pine Grove, Indiana. Timothy is survived by his wife Annette M. Kardish Stancombe, Ellwood City; three daughters, Amy Blair and husband Scott, Indiana; Jennifer Lynn and husband Michael, Indiana; Nicole Wannett, Indiana; two step-daughters, Stephanie Cameron, Ellwood City; Georgia Mohr and husband Benjamin, Ellwood City; 11 grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kacey, Emily, TJ, Ziere, Gabby, Justin, AJ, Hannah, Eli, and Tahj; nine brothers and sisters, Ted, Robert, Peg Shirley, Sally Jobe, Pat McBlane, Jack, Bill, Rick, and Bonnie Toldi; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, by one brother and one sister, Ruth Mottern and James, and by three nieces and one nephew, Kimmy, Missy, Kathy, Jimmy, and a great niece Cinnamon. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 7 to 9 P.M. and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Ronald Sexton officiating. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
