Suzanne Marie (Plassard) Jamison, 76, of Indiana, passed away peacefully at Heritage Grove in Indiana.

She was born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, to the late James and Arlene (McCormick) Plassard.

She graduated from Indiana High School in 1967, and then from Indiana Hospital School of Nursing.

She spent her entire career at IRMC as a maternity ward nurse nurturing thousands of newborns until her retirement in 2008.

Suzanne is survived by her daughter Christa (Scott) Shaffer of Indiana, grandchildren: Nick (Fiancé Sarah) Shaffer, and Cole Shaffer; brother Jim (Vivian) Plassard, sister Margaret (Louis) Loutzenhiser, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private and have been entrusted to the care of the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana.
