Stella M. Sensabaugh's Obituary

Stella M. Sensbaugh, age 83, of Indiana, died on Monday, April 6, 2015 at her home. She was born in 1931 in Diamondville to Charles and Mary E. Hines Fleming. Mrs. Sensabaugh was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Indiana, and the Homemakers Club. She was employed as a cafeteria manager for Indiana School District for 21 years, retiring in 1990. She was also a wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafts, playing games, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Stella is survived by two daughters and one son - Connie E. Zagurskie and husband Harry, Indiana; Robert S. Senabaugh, Jr. and wife Sharon, Commodore; Melanie L. Fink and husband Fred, Indiana; daughter-in-law - Cindy Sensabaugh, Cherry Tree; seven grandchildren - Kerri L. Sassano and husband Tony, Stacey Ripa and husband Nick, Kristin, Nicole, and Cody Sensabaugh, Amanda and Samantha Fink; four great grandchildren - Mia and Brady Sassano, Sophia Ferra, Noah Ripa; one brother and three sisters - Esther McCombs and husband Robert, Linden; Geraldine Federinko, Indiana; Martha Keifer, Camp Hill; Ray Fleming and wife Lena Mae, Cherry Tree; by numerous nieces and nephews; and her good friend Joan Motter, Josephine. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Robert S. Sensabaugh in 2011, her son Carl, her great grandson Wesley "Bobby" Ferra, and the following siblings - Zene, Roy, Lisle, and Chester Fleming; Cora Bagley, Marie Elick, Ines Richards, Trilby "Dot" Fleming. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Jon Martin officiating. Interment will be made in the Oakland Cemetery. The family would like to thank Heritage Home Health Agency in Indiana for their years of care to Stella.
