Shirley L. (Airgood) Patterson, age 81, of Indiana, passed away on November 26, 2019 at St. Andrew's Village.

She was born in 1938 in Rochester Mills to Paul and Dorothy (Blystone) Airgood.

Shirley was a member of the Christian Missionary & Alliance Church, Homer City.   She was also a member of the Indiana VFW and retired as Sr. Volunteer Person in 2013.

She enjoyed the polka, crocheting and going to the YMCA and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to mow her yard which she called "Heaven on Earth."

Shirley is survived by her children – Cindy Lemmon and husband Randy, Indiana; and Ed Patterson, Indiana; grandchildren – Brian, Jeremy and wife Becky, and Alisha Kishlock, (the apple of her grandmother's eye), and companion Nick Fleming; great grandchildren – Ethan and Lukas Kishlock; and sister – Betty Lydick, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wilmer S. Patterson in 1991, and her son-in-law – John Kishlock.

A private service for the family will be held at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana with private interment in Oakland Cemetery.
