Sharon A. Wingard , age 63 , of Indiana , passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Allegheny General Hospital , Pittsburgh .

She was born 1952 in Johnstown, to Nicholas and Rose Keselyak Velemirovich.

Sharon was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Indiana.

She was a graduate of the Greater Johnstown High School, and the Johnstown Vocational Technical Nursing School . She was employed for 10 years as a licensed practical nurse at the Lee Hospital , Johnstown .

After having children, Sharon remained at home to raise her children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her friends on Facebook, and online shopping. She also enjoyed her many dogs over the years.

Sharon is survived by her husband of 44 years, Russell M. Wingard , Indiana ; one daughter and one son, Lindsey Papakirk and husband Stylianos, Cranberry Twp.; Brent Wingard and wife Misty, Ernest; three grandchildren, Nikolaos, Kyros, and Leonidas Papakirk, Cranberry Twp.; one brother and two sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 3 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home , Indiana , where a memorial service will begin at 3 P.M. with Pastor Kathy Mihoerck officiating. Interment will be private.
