Sally I George's Obituary

Sally I. George, age 74, of Indiana passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1940 in Indiana, to Robert and Hazel Stile Bathurst. Mrs. George attended the Independent Traditional Holiness Church, and was a former member of the Ferguson Bible Church. She was the owner and operator of the "Tis the Season Ceramic" for 30 years. She enjoyed sewing and painting ceramics. She was also a wife, mother, and grandmother. Sally is survived by her husband of 56 years Wilmer L. "Bud" George, Indiana; two daughters and one son, Janice Renz and husband Rick, NC; Nancy Clawson, Indiana; James George and wife Aline, Pataskala, OH; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Roger Bathurst, Lithia, Fl; Linda Bathurst, Youngwood. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Robert and Dennis Bathurst. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Charles Williamson officiating. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
