Robert Mcnutt's Obituary

Robert "Kentucky" McNutt, 65, Indiana, passed away suddenly at his home on December 8, 2014, and is now pain free and at peace with his Lord and Savior. His family is blessed for the time they had. He was born in 1949 to William E. and Beulah M. (Penrod) McNutt in Indiana, PA. Kentucky was a member of the Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Indiana, the Indiana Moose Lodge #174 and the Indiana Eagles Club. He enjoyed antique cars, playing scratch-off lottery tickets, watching the Steelers, and most of all visiting with his family and friends. He was a loving husband, proud father and grandfather and best friend to all. He touched so many lives throughout his life with his selfless acts, compassion and concerns towards others. Nothing mattered more to him then helping others and their happiness. He is survived by his wife - Sandra McNutt, Marion Center; sons - Jason McGaughey of Marion Center PA, Chris Hunter of Indiana PA, Jared & Michelle McNutt of Penfield NY, and Justin & Krista McNutt of Blairsville PA, and grandchildren - Jasmine, Marissa, Gavin, Joey, Madison, Aiden, Jaxin and Sydney; brothers - Ron & Lois of Shelocta PA, Gary & Kay of Cocoa FL, Gerald & Sylvia of Gillette WY, Scott & Gayle of Lander WY, and Stan and Marie of Canyon TX, sister - Gayle Keller of Indiana PA; good friend - Fred "Butch" Gilhousen and his faithful dog, Gidget. He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Beulah (Penrod) McNutt, and daughter-in-law, Michele (Holliday) McGaughey. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday with Rev. Douglas Snyder officiating. Private interment will be made in the Brush Valley Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Robert "Kentucky" McNutt to Fathers in the Fields, 6796 N. Franklin Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538.
