Rita (Russo) Preolo, 84, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her daughters.

Rita was born in West New York, NJ and moved to Indiana, PA after her husband retired but she remained a proud Jersey Italian native.

Rita was the devoted daughter of Mary and Salvatore Russo; loving sister to Mary Ann Kuhle, Lou Russo and Tony Russo; dedicated wife to Eugene Preolo; selfless mother to Laura Preolo, Susan Moran and her husband Scott; proud grandmother to Shane and Matthew Moran; special Aunt to several nieces and nephews, of which, she will particularly miss the visits from her niece Kim Kuhle Correa and her husband Frank; as well as compassionate mom to all her fur babies, especially her cat Jade, that will miss her dearly.

Rita's memorial will be private and have been entrusted to the care of the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. We ask donations be made in Rita's memory and honor to Four Footed Friends, 220 Beck Rd, Indiana, Pa 15701.
