Obituary

Ressie Mildred Kirk, age 84, of Indiana, died Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1928 in Bakerton, to John M. and Mildred P. Moyer Rairigh. Ressie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Mahlon N. Kirk, Indiana; one daughter, Vivian M. Williams, Johnstown; two grandchildren, Nicole M. Cecchini and husband Fred, New Alexandria; Nathan A. Williams, Johnstown; one brother Robert Rairigh and wife Elizabeth, Patton; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents, by her son-in-law Mark Williams, by two brothers and one sister, Monroe and John Rairigh, and Lillian C. Custer. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. with her nephew Rev. John Rairigh officiating. Entombment will be made in the Oakland Cemetery.
