Ramona I. Strickland Trout, died Friday, February 15, 2019 at her home.

She was born in 1931 in Smithport to Omer and Mildred Wetzel Morrow.

She was employed a FMC in Homer City in the 70's and 80's. She was also employed by CVS Pharmacy in Indiana for many years.

Ramona was kind hearted, caring and generous. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting, garage sales, playing games with her children and grandchildren, and listening to hymns and Irish Tenors. She also enjoyed hosting family gatherings and holidays. Ramona was a great organizer and family planner.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Carl W. Trout, Indiana; two daughters and two sons, Lynn Clemente, Indiana; Susan Oswalt and husband Mark, Indiana; Gregory Trout and wife Claudia, Indiana; Bryan Trout and wife Shelly, Derry; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Howard John Strickland, her son James Lewis Strickland, and by the following siblings, Gail, Dwayne, Jean, Elwin and Shirley.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Interment will be made in the Oakland Cemetery.
