Patricia E. Witters' Obituary

Patricia E. Witters, age 78, of Kittanning, (Elderton). died Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Communities of Indian Haven. She was born in 1932 in Warren, to LeRoy and Ardella Slokcum Anderson. Mrs Witters was a homemaker and had been employed at Indian Haven for several years before retirement. She enjoyed needlepoint, fishing, hunting, and camping. Patricia is survived by her husband Bobby E. Witters, Sr., Black Lick; one son and one daughter, Linda M. Shay and fianc Barry Morgan, Indiana; Bobby E. Witters, Jr., and wife Carla, Plumville; four grandchildren, Sarah Dunmire and husband Kevin, Plumville; Melissa Thorpe and husband Thomas, Springfield, GA; Steven Schmidt and wife Paula, Indiana; Katie Witters and fiance Todd Hilty, Apollo; six great grandchildren; one sister and one brother, Gilbert Anderson and wife Becky, Harrisburg; Peggy Bell and husband Robert, Sheffield. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her daughter Deborah E. Schmidt. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, is entrusted with arrangements.
