Patricia Elaine (Ruddock) Lundberg, 77, of Indiana, passed away on December 3, 2025, in Penn Highlands Hospital, Tyrone, PA.

She was born in Indiana on July 12, 1948, to the late Alexander and A. Velia (Petricig) Ruddock. Pat achieved her master's degree in education from IUP and was a beloved elementary educator for Brush Valley Elementary and the United School District for 35 years prior to her retirement in 2009.

Pat was a member of the National Education Association and the Pennsylvania State Education Association. She loved the companionship of her pets, riding and traveling with her horses in her younger years. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.

Surviving Pat are her children, son Alex (Andrea) Boughamer, of Moscow, Idaho, son John (Emma) Lundberg, of Indiana, daughter Stacie Capps of Altoona, grandchildren Jensen, Jaycie, Amelia, Logan, Caiden, Piper, and Owen, as well as her best friend, Connie Holt.

Besides her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband Richard Lundberg in 2015, an infant son Gregory, as well as a sister Barbara Ferraro.

Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. in the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where services will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Pat to the Indiana County Humane Society, or to Four Footed Friends.
