Michael A. Gonos, 49, of West Virginia, formerly of Indiana, passed into the hands of the Lord, on April 7, 2025.

He was born on June 14, 1975, in Johnstown, to Michael and the late Nancy (Reese) Gonos whom passed in 1998.

Michael graduated from Indiana High School in 1993 and worked in various capacities with S&T Bank, Indiana Tool and Dye, Joy Manufacturing, and various construction companies. He attended St. Bernards, and enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, riding ATV's, watching and playing baseball, but most importantly being with his family.

Michael is survived by his father, Michael Gonos, Jr, and companion Pauline Janocha, children Tyler Gonos of Indiana, now living in Texas, Gavin and Makenna Gonos both of Indiana, siblings, Michele (Karl) Gonos of Indiana, Christine (Thomas) Boyd of Erie, Rebecca (Daniel) Franco of North Carolina, Jeffrey Gonos of Georgia, numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Besides his mother, Michael is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, a niece Courtney Wood, great niece Khalani Anne Wood, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

At Michael's family's request, all services will be private.
