Melissa Ann Trabert, age 42 of Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at her home.

Born on March 11, 1979 in DuBois, she was the daughter of Brian K. and Linda Anne (Scroxton) Haney.

Melissa was a 1997 graduate of Indiana Area High School.  She was an avid crafter especially enjoying making wreaths.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

She will be sadly missed by her parents, grandparents John and Barbara Scroxton of NY, daughter Haleigh Trabert of SC, sister Lindsay Haney of Monroeville, brother Andy (Megan) Haney of Pittsburgh, uncles Bruce Scroxton of NY, William Haney of NM and Jeffrey (Diane) Haney of OH, aunt Beverly Haney Davis of PA, as well as a niece, several nephews, numerous cousins, many close friends, and her faithful companion Xander.

She was predeceased by her grandparents Vincent and Ethel (Vadasy) Haney, uncles Keith Haney and Edward Scroxton, and aunt Sandra Haney.

At the request of the family all visitation and services will be private.
