Mark Richard Jones, 76, of Home, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Indiana on July 7, 1948, to the late F. Richard and June (Ruddock) Jones.

Mark graduated from Indiana High School, class of 1966, and spent his career with PennDOT, retiring as a Bonded Roads Coordinator.

Mark was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He enjoyed woodworking and making stained glass lamps, having given one to many family members.

Surviving Mark are his wife of 53 years, Patricia Lynn (Warren) Jones, whom he married on June 5, 1971; his daughters Heidi (Joe) DiSaia, of McDonald, PA, and Laura (Matthew Koepfer) Jones, of Home; grandchildren Amy and Katie Shaffer and Lisa DiSaia; sister Candis Byers; sisters-in-law Kathy (Bill) Dobda; Carla (Vincent) Leta; Terri (Don) Sarokon; Melissa (Lou) McCoy; Nancy (Bill) Moore; brother-in-law Edward (Rhonda) Warren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his parents-in-law Carl and Helen Warren, sister-in-law Shirley (Jim) McGonnell, as well as a brother-in-law Bert Byers, Jr.

Friends will be received by the family on Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 1 PM until the time of service at 3 PM in the Trinity United Methodist Church, 398 Church Street, Indiana, PA 15701, with Pastor Patrick Lenox officiating.
