Linda A. Laterza's Obituary

Linda A. Laterza, 68 of Indiana, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1941 to John and Josephine (Varner) Smith in Venango County, PA. Linda was a member of St. Thomas More Parish in Indiana, She was active in all aspects of the church. She was a lay associate of the Sisters of St. Josephs of Baden, PA. Linda was a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in fine arts. She is survived by three daughters, Paula Bruno and husband Frank, Kernersville, NC; Toni Grimes and husband Philip, Indianapolis, IN; Terri Laterza, Pittsburgh; Four Grandchildren, Alexandra Bruno, Frances Bruno, Joseph Grimes, Evelyn Grimes. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, R. Paul Laterza in 1995. three brothers, Clayton, Ronald and Raymond Smith. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-6 PM at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Parish, Indiana, with Father William Lechner celebrant. Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made to Emergency Food Assistance Program, St. Thomas More University Parish, 1200 Oakland Ave, Indiana, PA 15701.
