Kathy Lynn Curry, 67, of Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. She was born in Indiana on November 24, 1957, to Theodore and Twila (VanHorn) Rupert.

Kathy graduated from Elderton High School, class of 1976, and then attended Lenape School for Practical Nursing. She worked as a nurse for IRMC and Dr. Keith Buck in Kittanning before owning and operating the Country Care Manor. After closing the nursing home, she worked as a traveling nurse before her retirement in 2015. Kathy loved gardening and planting flowers. She enjoyed puzzles, her Siamese cats, sudoku and most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving Kathy are her children, Dave (Lindy) Curry of New York, Naysa (Joey) Altmeyer of Kittanning, grandchildren Ryan and Tyson Altmeyer, Emily, Madelyn and Troy Curry, siblings, brother Larry (Darlene) Rupert, sister Patricia (Bud) Jewart, sister Beverly (Jon) Gascoine, sister Connie (Joe) Bunyak, and brother Jeff Rupert.

Kathy is preceded in death by her father Theodore Rupert and a sister Lisa Rupert.
