Karen Roxanne Kough's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Roxanne (Stennett) Kough, 74, of Indiana, PA. Karen passed away Sunday morning, January 18, 2026, at IRMC ICU after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Karen's memory will be loved and cherished by her loving husband of 55 years, Dennis Roy Kough; daughters, Vicki Harkleroad and Becky Learn; along with granddaughter, Tiffany; and great-grandson, Lucian "Jimmy".
There will be no public services.
