Joseph Sabatos , age 56 of Castle Shannon, formerly of Indiana, died Monday, December 17, 2018 at St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.

He was born in 1962 in Indiana to Charles B. and Catherine E. Penezic Sabatos.

Joseph was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church, Indiana.

While a resident of Indiana, Joseph was a student and worker trainee at Community of Living and Learning.

Joe enjoyed professional wrestling, spotting deer and music.

He is survived by four brothers and one sister - John J. and wife Jan, Latrobe; Charles J. and wife Marilyn, Gibsonia; William A. and wife Nancy, Murrysville; Richard E. Greenville, IL; Catherine Sabatos, Washington, DC; by a sister-in-law - Renee Sabatos, Bethel Park; and by numerous nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Bernard and by one niece Mary Beth.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11 A.M. at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church, Indiana, where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Interment will be made in the Church Cemetery.
