Obituary

Jonathan D. Hazley, 58, of Indiana, passed away October, 9, 2012 at his home. He was born in 1954 to Richard A. and Angela ( Giallombardo) Hazley in Pittsburgh. John was self employed in the natural gas industry. He was owner of Hazley Productions. He enjoyed classic muscle cars, racing football and was an avid sportsman. He is survived by a daughter, Heather M. Hazley, Homer City; a grandson, Vega Jonathan Hazley; a sister, Pamela H. Nealer and husband Paul, Shelocta; a brother Marshall D. Hazley, Homer City; two nieces, Angela M. Nealer, Shelocta; and Christy N. Nealer, Indiana. Special friends, Danny Parker, CA.; Joe Perfetti, Indiana and Chuck Brown, Elderton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Heather's mother Sherry Hazley. Services will be Tuesday at 4:00 PM at the Summit Church, Indiana, with Pastor Richard Motzing officiating.
