Jason L. Anderson, age 39 of Statesville, NC, formerly of Indiana died on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at his home.

He was born in 1978 in Indiana to Terry L. Anderson and Nancy L. Filipovich Pentrack.

He was a 1996 graduate of the Indiana Area High School. He was also a second degree Black Belt in TaeKwon-Do.

Jason was a free-lance graphic designer in Charlotte and also a well know musician in that area.

He is survived by his son Rhyland; his mother and step-father - David and Nancy Pentrack, Johnstown; his father - Terry Anderson, Indiana; his paternal grandmother - Jean Anderson, Indiana; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Lisle Anderson, and his maternal grandparent - William and Nell Filipovich.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana at 2 P.M. with Pastor Steve Rhoades officiating. Burial will be private.

Jason will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
