Irene Rhoades' Obituary

Irene Rhoades, 91, of Blairsville, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1923 to John Marshallick and Stella Kwiatkowski in Clearfield. Irene worked various jobs as a waitress, house cleaning and cooking. She enjoyed Bingo, playing cards, crocheting and spending time with her family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandson. She is survived by two daughters and two sons - Irene Collins, VA; Annetta M. Millen, and husband Dale Lucernemines; John Rhoades and wife Janet, Lucernemines; Henry Rhoades Jr. OH. She has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great great grandson. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband - Henry Rhoades, three sons - William, George, and David Rhoades, two daughters - Dorothy Furey and Leona Angelo. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Thursday at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM with Pastor Kathy Mihoerck officiating.
