Helen R. O'Keiff's Obituary

Helen R. O'Keiff, age 87, of Indiana, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at St. Andrew's Village. She was born 1922 in Altoona to Pearl L. Carner. Mrs. O'Keiff was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. Along with her husband, Helen has been a resident of Indiana since 1963. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Helen is survived by one son and one daughter, Sharon O'Keiff, Indiana; James R. O'Keiff, Jr. and wife Donna, Rockville, MD; one grandson and two granddaughters, Dr. Emily O'Keiff and husband Dr. David Mullen, New Milford, CT; Manon Gill and husband Richard, Indiana; Conor O'Keiff, Bethesda, MD; two great grandchildren, Jacob and Rachel Gill. She was preceded in death by her mother, by her husband James Robert O'Keiff, Sr. in 1992, by her granddaughter Kelly Milner in 1975. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Brian Miller officiating. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
