Helen Keeler's Obituary

Helen Keeler, age 82, of Indiana, died Sunday August 15, 2010 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born 1927 in Indiana, to Sherd and Margaret Scott Nichols. Mrs. Keeler was a member of the Hilltop Baptist Church, where she was active in a variety of church functions. Helen is survived by two daughters, Margaret "Peggy" Grant and husband Keith, Boyertown; Charlene Wanyo and husband Bernie, Dallas, PA; four grandchildren, Jennifer Godinez, Brian Grant, Wendy Skursky, Katie Finnegan; four great grandchildren, Lauren and Emily Finnegan, Dylan and Elliana Godinez; one sister, Evelyn Simpson, Marion Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Charles Keeler in 1981, and by three brothers and one sister. Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Wednesday at 4:30 P.M. at the Hilltop Baptist Church, Indiana, with Pastor Joe Lee officiating. Interment will be private. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, has been entrusted with arrangments. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hilltop Baptist Church, 4859 Rte. 286 Hwy W., Indiana, Pa 15701.
