Gordon "Keith" McFarland, 69, of Indiana, entered into his eternal rest on Palm Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Keith was born in New York on December 14, 1954, to the late Horace and Mildred (Fetterman) McFarland.

He was married to his best friend, Alison Davis, for 44 years with whom he shared a love of God, nature, sports, and animals.

Keith worked at the Homer City Generating Station prior to his retirement more than ten years ago and he made the most of his retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Alison, brothers David (Cornelia) McFarland of Clymer, PA; and James (Peggy) McFarland of Mt. Pleasant, PA; sister-in-law Patricia Davis and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 4-7 PM in the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Keith's church, Christ Lutheran Church, 205 Gastown Road, Shelocta, PA, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 Noon with his pastor Reverend Joyce Dix-Weiers officiating.
