Farrell Enic Forrest, Jr., 81, of Clarksburg, PA, passed away May 15, 2025, at Indiana Regional Medical Center following a long illness.

Born February 19, 1944, in Springfield, MO, he was the son of the late Farrell E. Forrest, Sr. and Beulah Hazel (Wyatt) Forrest. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rose Mary (Rogers) Forrest.

Farrell was a proud veteran of the United States Army and retired from the Fenner Dunlop Corporation-Conveyor Services Corp. South America. He had a long career in the overland conveying mining industry and worked with Goodyear Tire & Rubber and American Electric Power. He was known worldwide as an expert in his field and was well respected by many.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Forrest-Casey; granddaughter, Mariah (Dehn) Unterzuber of North Huntingdon, PA; grandson, Brad (Tamara, Becca) Casey of Broadway, VA; sister, Shirley Buxton of San Diego, CA; brothers, Nathan and David Forrest, both of Springfield, MO; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held for the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana.
