Obituary

Eva A. Silveri, 88 of Homer City, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Lucerne. She retired from IUP after working 30 years as an executive hostess, planning all of the events for the president of the university. Eva enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving and caring person. She is survived by her son Sparten R. Silveri and wife Janet, Indiana; a daughter, Donna Silveri Ph.D, NC; two grandchildren, Lindsey Vrabel Ph.D, and husband Raymond andNathan Silveri and fiancé Amy Rankin two great grandchildren, Addison and Chase Vrabel. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Sparten A. Silveri, an infant son Robert G. Silveri, and several brothers and sisters. Funeral arrangements are private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Four Gateway Center, 444 Liberty Avenue, Suite 1300 Pittsburgh, PA 15222-1207
