Eleanor M. Mccoy's Obituary

Eleanor M. McCoy, age 91, of Clarksburg, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1919 in Slickville, to John and Anna Centanino Curto. Mrs. McCoy was a member of St. Matthew's R. C. Church, Saltsburg. Mrs. McCoy was employed by the Indiana Regional Medical Center in the cafeteria. She enjoyed quilting, baking, and reading. Eleanor is survived by her daughter Mary Lyons, Clarksburg; one grandson, Brian Lyons and wife Erin, Alexandria, VA; one step-son Thomas McCoy and wife Debbie, Millsboro, DE; one sister Ida Thomas, Waldorf, MD; one brother Michael Curto and wife Mary, Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, her first husband Joseph Zaranek, her second husband Willis S. McCoy, by her daughter Barbara Zaranek, by four sisters, Teresa Zaranek, Katherine Pasqualucci, Mary Katkish, and Domenica Repasky. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial mass at St. Matthew's R.C. Church Saltsburg on Saturday March 19, 2011 at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Fr. James Goldberg the celebrant. Interment will be made in the Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Four Footed Friends, 2205 Beck Rd., Indiana, PA 15701.
