Edgar N. Long, Jr. age 88 of Indiana died Monday, October 14, 2019.

He was born in 1930 in Clymer to Edgar N. Long, Sr., and Avonelle Dwyer Long.

He was employed as a brick mason at Swank Refractories in Clymer for 36 years.

He also brick-cased many homes and churches in the area. In later years he worked and retired from Fisher Scientific in Indiana.

Ed is survived by his wife of 68 years, Agnes Antos Long, Indiana; one son, Daniel and wife Linda, El Dorado Hills, CA; one daughter, Terri and husband Paul, North Royalton, OH; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren; a sister Gwen Brown, Willowick, OH; a brother Russell, Indiana;

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Janis, two brothers, Robert and James Long.

He was a member of the Clymer Presbyterian Church.

The funeral service will be private with private interment to be made in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
