Obituary

Dorothy E. Cribbs age 62, of Shelocta, died Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1950 in Indiana to William R. and Anna M. Byers Gerber. Mrs. Cribbs was a member of the Ernest Bible Church. She was employed as a nurses aid for Ann Longs Guest Home, Indiana, and for Beacon Manor. She was also a homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband James D. Cribbs, Shelocta; two sons, Kevin J. Cribbs and wife Danielle, Shelocta; Michael D. and wife Melissa, Shelocta; eight grandchildren, Andrew, Jared, Ashley, Brandon, Nathan, Joselle, Bella, Noelle; one sister Carol Hinton and husband John, Clymer. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother William Gerber, Jr. Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana.
