Denise F. Pisone's Obituary

Denise F. Pisone, age 51, of Homer City, passed away at her home. She was born 1960 in Altoona, to Mearl Deremer and Donna Hoffman. Denise was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts in Beckley, WV for many years. She was also employed as a counselor with the Women's Shelter in Beckley. Denise is survived by her daughter Cassandra Pisone, Pittsburgh; her mother and step-father Kenneth and Donna J. Stewart, Indiana; three brothers, Kevin Strong, Bellwood; William Strong, Indiana; Thomas Strong, Hyner; six step-brothers and three step-sisters, Kenneth E. Stewart and wife Linda, Indiana; Keith Stewart, Lancaster; Richard Stewart, Home; Robert Stewart and wife June, Indiana; Michael Stewart and wife Linda, St. Mary's; Veronica Brennan and husband Regis, Indiana; Kathleen Tierney and husband Robert, Stowe, MA; Robert Strong and wife Tia, Harrisburg; Beth Strong, Harrisburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents, John and Tamsun Hoffman. Friends and family are invited attend a memorial service on Sunday, November 27 at 2 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alice Paul House, PO Box 417, Indiana, PA 15701.
