Heiple Darla J."DJ" Heiple, 66, of Indiana, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at her home. She was born in 1947 to Bruce and Alice (Barton) Shade in Lock Haven. Darla enjoyed crafting, collecting antiques reading and fishing. She is survived by a son, Dennis Bradley Heiple, Pittsburgh, six brothers and three sisters, Larry, Charles, Vernon, Kenneth, James and Ronald Shade; Betty Boob, Janice Barto, Cathy Heggenstaller, and her loving pet cat "Pizza Man" She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dennis M. Heiple in 2008, two brothers, Gary and Michael Shade. Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
