Colleen Ann John, 74, of Coral, passed away peacefully in Ebensburg on January 31, 2025. She was born in Altoona on October 29, 1950, to the late Richard A. and Magdalene M. (Kuhn) John.

Colleen graduated from Lewistown Granville High School in 1968 and then graduated from Pruonto's Hair Design Institute in 1969. Colleen was a Pennsylvania certified horticulturist and loved gardening, reading, animals, and travel. She worked as a nursery specialist and cashier at Lowe's from 1994 until her retirement in 2018.

She is survived by her daughter, Dj Hendrickson of Coral, siblings Gary (Deb) John of Huntington, PA, and Rick John of Montana, and a step-daughter Patty Dobson of Delaware.

Besides her parents, Colleen is preceded in death by her longtime partner Kenneth C. Dobson.

At Colleen's request, all services will be private and have been entrusted to the care of the Bowser Minich Funeral Home, Indiana.
