Cicley A. Maday's Obituary

Cicley A. Maday, age 79, of Homer City died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at her home. She was born in 1931 in Indiana, to George and Sophie Plowman. Mrs. Maday was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church, Lucernemines. She was employed as a Registered Nurse at the Indiana Hospital for 27 years. Cicley is survived by two sons and one daughter, Leonard D. "Lenny" and wife Regina, Homer City; Randal S. "Randy" and wife Beth, Alexandria, VA; Renee E. Maday, Tempe, AZ; five grandchildren, Jeannine Jones and husband Jesse, Ashley, Alison, Adrienne, and Luke; and her best friend Sparky. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Leonard D. Maday on October 6, 2004, and by her brother Henry Plowman. Friends and family are invited to attend the celebration of a funeral mass on Friday at 11 A.M. at Our Lady of the Assumption R. C. Church, Lucernemines, with the Rev. Fr. Terry Hercick the celebrant. Interment will be made in the St. Bernard Cemetery. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, is entrusted with the arrangements. www.bowserminich.com
