Charles G. Jadzak, age 79, of Home, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 surrounded by family at the Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown.

He was born in 1939 in Chicago, IL to Theresa Jadzak.

Charles was a member of the Church of the Resurrection, Ernest site.

His interests included spending time with his sweet dog, Thunder, his grandchildren, and family.

Charles was employed by FMC Syntron in Chicago, IL, and Homer City, PA as a draftsman and salesman for 47 years.

Charles is survived by three sons and two daughters, Linda Scanga, Seal Beach, CA; Paul and wife Jeannie, Shepherdsville, KY; John and wife Elisa, Bend, OR; Lori Anhorn and husband Randy, Houston, TX; Mark and wife Mandy, Indiana; 15 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren; one sister, Charlotte Jadzak.

He was preceded in death by his wife Judith Pearson Jadzak in 2008, his grandson Matthew Rethi, and his siblings Edward and Loretta.

A memorial service will be announced at a future date.
