He was born in 1933 in Indiana to C. Kenneth Moreau, Sr., and Mary Kathleen Rogan Moreau.

Mr. Moreau was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church, Indiana, a life member of the BPOElks, and a life member of the IFA.

He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the US Army.

He was a part owner of A.F. Moreau Construction for more than 30 years. Addtionally, he was employed as a supervisor with PennDOT for 12 years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by four children - C. Kenneth Moreau, III and wife Kay, Indiana; Elizabeth Weaver and husband Bob, Darnestown, MD; Timothy Moreau and wife Linette, Shelocta; Amy Grove and husband Dan, Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his long time companion Diane Smith, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers - Donald and John, and one sister - Patricia Lockard.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Interment will be made in the St. Bernard Cemetery.
