Obituary

C. Kenneth Adams, age 92, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Home, PA. He was born in 1920 in Indiana, to Clarence K. and Hannah A. Snyder Adams. A veteran of WW II, he served in the Navy Seabees in New Caledonia, South Pacific. He was a carpenter and farmer and was also employed by McCreary Tire and Rubber Co. for 22 years. He was a devoted and loving husband to Pat Adams for 63 years who preceded him in death. Ken is survived by two daughters Tammy Adams, Harrisburg; Rainy Baxter and husband Jim, MI; two grandchildren, Jim Baxter and wife Jackie, Jeff Baxter and wife Candy, all of MI; 10 great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Chel, Tori, Jerrica, Jodi, Jake, Cookie, Logan, Luke, and Dallas. He is preceded by parents, and by his dog Drummer. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 12 noon to 1 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will begin at 1 P.M. Interment will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
