Betty M. (Kunkle) Mack, age 91 of Indiana, died on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Lynn Haven Nursing Home, Black Lick, PA.

She was born in 1925 in Black Lick to "Lee" Clarence and Caroline E. Kelly Kunkle.

Mrs. Mack was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Indiana. She was also an active square dancer.

She is survived by two daughters and four sons - Diane R. George, Homer City; Nancy Sinclair, Saltsburg; Harry L. Mack and wife Delores, Cambellsville, KY; Melvin E. Mack, Derry; Randy L. Mack, Derry; Ronald F. Mack, Blairsville; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and by one sister - Janet Hebenthal, Tallahassee, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband H. Ray Mack in 1990, son James Mack in 1987, one granddaughter, and siblings - Mildred Mushrush and R. Dutch Kunkle.

Friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Greg Golden officiating. Interment will be made in the Coral Lutheran Chapel Cemetery.
