Obituary

Anna Mae Dixon, age 84, of Sagamore, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Communities of Indian Haven. She was born in 1928 in Sagamore, to Joseph and Mary Leone Bongiovanni. Mrs. Dixon was a former member of the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Sagamore. She loved to play Bingo and do crafts. Anna is survived by one daughter and one son, Mary Ann Scheidt, Farmingdale, NJ; John Dixon, Farmingdale, NJ; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Jack Dixon, and by one brother Frank Bongiovanni. Friends will be received on Saturday from 10 to 11 A.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will begin at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Fr. Michael Sikon officiating. Interment will be made in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Sagamore. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home.
