Obituary

Ann Sirochman, 92, of Madison, OH, and formerly of Sagamore, passed away at her residence on Saturday, June 29, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born to Stephen and Ann (Erdick) Zemko in Sagamore, PA. She was a member of St. Mary's Greek Catholic Church in Sagamore. After spending her life in Sagamore, first on a farm then as a homemaker, Ann moved to the Lake Erie shores of Madison, Ohio spending time tending her flowers and plants ? a source of great joy, baking, enjoying the lake views, and day trips to local points of interest. Her cats Bella and Bobby were very special to her. Ann was the only member of her family to date to reach the age of 92. She had eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Rosemarie Wyne of Painesville, OH; Georgiann McCoy of Madison, OH; two granddaughters, Brandy Wyne of Madison, OH; Jessica Brake and husband Scott, Jefferson, OH; 2 great grandsons ? Ezekiel and Cole Brake, who made great grandma Ann laugh so much, a sister, Veronica Zemko May and husband Earl, Home, PA, and brother John Zemko of Sagamore, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Sirochman in 1991, three sisters Barbara Miller, Elizabeth (Betty) Hayes, and Mary Vidas, and three brothers Steve, George, and Alex Zemko, a son-in-law William (Bill) McCoy. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the St. Peter's and Paul's Byzantine Catholic Church, Punxsutawney. Burial will follow in the Sagamore Greek Catholic Cemetery. www.bowserminich.com
