Obituary

Ann T. Burtick, 76, of Aultman, passed away April 6, 2014 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was born in 1938 to Patrick and Margaret (Rogers) Hartnett in London, England. Ann was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Kent; She retired in 2000 from Savings and Trust Bank. Ann enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, her two dogs, Buddy and Abby, and volunteering her time with the Indiana County Humane Society. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Philip James Burtick, Aultman; two daughters, Teresa Chapman and husband Eric, Slippery Rock; Maria Ogeka, Erie; Two grandchildren, John Ogeka and Gillian Chapman; A sister, Rita Plant, London, England; a niece Katherine Plant, London, England. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Frances Clark, a nephew Shonn Leger; Her aunt and uncle, who raised her, Peter and Kitty McGirr. Friends will be received at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana on Wednesday from 5-8 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Kent. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, PO Box 99, Kent, PA, 15752 or the Indiana County Humane Society, 65 Haven Drive, Indiana, PA 15701.
