Alice G. Benfield, age 69, of Indiana, died Saturday, March 24, 2018 at her home.

She was born in 1948 to William Leo Palmer and Beulah Dean Palmer in Brush Valley, PA.

Alice was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Indiana.

She was employed by FM Cleaning.

Alice enjoyed reading her Bible, spending time with family and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children - Angela Benfield, Indiana; John (Heather) Benfield, Jr., Newville PA; grandchildren - Cody, Kendall, and Drew; siblings - Robert (Nancy) Palmer, Brush Valley; Darrell (Nancy) Palmer, Carlisle; James (Rose) Palmer, Indiana; Barbara (Rick) Windows, Indiana; Beverly (Duane) Schrecengost, Indiana; Karl Palmer, New Florence; Sandy (Dave) Clawson, Indiana; Shirley Palmer, Indiana; Arnold (Tara) Palmer, Indiana. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Alice was preceded in death by her mother Beulah Palmer Patterson, her step-father Charles Patterson, her brother William Leo Palmer, Jr., her nephews Lesley Lee Palmer and James, and her niece Tiffany White.

Friends will be received on Friday March 30, 2018 from 9-11 a.m. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with Pastor Stan Kesler officiating. Private Interment will be made in the Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
