Alexander Jake Testut Iii's Obituary

Obituary for Alexander Testut, III Alexander "Jake" Testut, III, age 66, of Punxsutawney, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was born on Long Island, NY, to Alexander Testut, II and Dorothy Wottawa. Jake was a veteran of the Viet Nam War having served in the US Navy for 20 years, before his medical discharge. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by two sons and one daughter, Daniel Testut and his wife Toni, Gastown; Richard Testut, Homer City; Tonjia Testut, Shelocta; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Sammon and husband Patrick, FL; Diane Hicks, Long Island, NY; and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, by his wife Linda Harmon Testut in 1999, by one sister Lee Fitzgerald. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, with the Rev. Julie Walz officiating.
